As Japanese food has become more popular in America, Kobe Buffet retains a professional Japanese chef and provides the freshest sushi, baked eel, grilled salmon and much more. When it comes to Chinese food, Kobe Buffet is certainly adept, offering authentic General Tso’s Chicken, Peking duck and fried dumplings.
The owner of Kobe Buffet with his eight seasoned chefs and nine employees, are uniting their efforts to provide their customers with the best food and best service. Because of their efforts, Kobe Buffet has already become the “biggest and best buffet with Japanese food and seafood” in the local community.
With experience in the foodservice industry since 1978 and having many relatives and friends in the industry as well, Mr. Lee certainly knows how to create a successful restaurant. He used to own seven restaurants, one of which had been highly praised by the most authoritative local newspaper. Besides Kobe Buffet, Mr. Lee also runs a takeout restaurant named Lee Lin at 539 Pawling Ave Troy. Lee Lin has cultivated sound customer relationship in the past 17 years. Mr. Lee says that a comfy dining environment and quality food are two points that should be highly emphasized in restaurant management. He also insists that the owner of a restaurant should devote much time and be tough. Mr. Lee always cherishes the suggestions from his customers, and treats them as honestly as friends.
